Job Title: Temporary Onboarding Assistant (Remote - Phoenix, AZ Area) Location: Remote (Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour
Duration: Temporary About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Onboarding Assistant to support our client with employee onboarding processes. This role is fully remote but requires candidates to live in the Phoenix, AZ area. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding and new hire setup
- Accurately enter and maintain employee data in ADP
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation
- Communicate with new hires to guide them through onboarding steps
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Comfortable working with HR systems (ADP experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
