Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist - NOW HIRING!

Temp to Hire

Pay $18/hr

Spring, TX

8AM-5PM

The ideal candidate will need to have strong phone skills (handle multiple lines); must be able to multi task in a busy environment; have excellent customer service skills as this position will be at our corporate front desk.

Duties Include:

· Must be comfortable taking high volume inbound calls

· Schedule and coordinate Recruiter's daily schedule with interviews

· Must be organized and diligent with job seeker follow ups

· Onboard new hires to include ensure proper paperwork (I9, W4, WOTC, etc.)

· Conduct drug screens

· Assist Recruiters and HR Dept.

Required Skills:

· Previous HR experience or Staffing experience a PLUS

· Bilingual Spanish

· MUST be able to handle confidential information professionally.

· Computer savvy

· Handle multiple phone lines

· Customer Service
