The World Class Automotive Group Talent Team recruits talent to compliment the Randall Reed family of dealerships in Houston and Dallas locations. Through dealership acquisitions and business growth we are in need of quality individuals to staff our corporate and dealership needs. Due to our recent growth and acquisitions we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following position: Phone Operator, Planet Ford 45 Spring,Texas
Position Mission Statement: Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and customer focused manner directing the customers to the proper department or individual within our dealership.
Key Accountability Areas:
- Answer the phone in a timely manner
- Insure customer satisfaction
- Complete messages & deliver to employees in a timely manner
- Light administration work as needed
- Bilingual a plus
Compensation Plan:
Hourly wage based pertinent experience
