What You Will Do:

• Install, upgrade, and maintain computer equipment
• Provide prompt and effective technical assistance through in-person or remote support, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and technical incidents, resolving issues accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and document support tickets within ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication.
• Assist with new hire setups, office moves, and software deployments, maintaining inventory and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with IT on complex problems and contribute to knowledge base documentation for recurring issues.
• Support AV hardware troubleshooting and on-site presentation needs as required, ensuring seamless meetings and presentations.

Required Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a sense of urgency.
