Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

Role Description:

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Manager at Otto Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance policies
Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently
Assist customers with policy-related questions and concerns
Maintain client records and documentation
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Active insurance license
Prior experience in customer service or insurance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office

Benefits:

Competitive compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year paid semi-monthly
