ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in June 2020, and today I lead a passionate team of five. Before launching my own office, I worked at State Farm Corporate as a New Agent Specialist, where I had the opportunity to coach and support new agents as they built their businesses. That experience gave me a strong foundation for building a successful agency - one rooted in relationships, service, and community.

Insurance runs deep in my family - I'm a proud third-generation State Farm agent continuing a family legacy that started with my father. In fact, our office is located in my family's very first home, which makes what we do here even more meaningful. I'm also a proud wife and mom of three kids, and family values shape everything about how we operate. Even our four-legged family members are part of the fun - "Dog Fridays" are a team favorite when everyone brings their pups to the office.

Community involvement is at the heart of our mission. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Janna Bidlack - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
