Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D2783000 and is part of the CO Army Aviation Support Facility, National Guard. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a General Supply Specialist in a developmental capacity. Responsibilities Performs developmental assignments of moderately difficult and complex nature consisting of well-precedented tasks designed to orient the employee in the application of General Supply programs and activities. Performs recurring assignments. Independently performs work assignments which gradually increase in difficulty and complexity. Carries out special projects and participates in special initiatives and studies. Prepares written correspondence and other documentation. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: E-3 or E-4 1. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. 2. Experience researching documents or other resources to coordinate inventory requirements. 2. Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment. 3. Experience which required person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. 4. Experience with cost estimates, budgets, or funding management. 5. Experience conducting extensive and exhaustive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support for supply activities. Education Education cannot be substituted for Specialized Experience for this position.
