As a Supply Chain Subcontracts Specialist - Level 4 or 5, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. Remote work is not available.
Coordinating content for often lead Division Subcontracts Community of Excellence meetings and "open hours"
Training junior personnel in NG’s Principles and Operating Procedures (PrOP)
Subject matter expertise in Commercial Identification Determinations (CID) process, as well as support to complicated CID packages
Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write awards, and administering resulting subcontracts.
Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services
Identify strategies and opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and manage risk through strategic and targeted negotiations.

Basic Qualifications for Level 4 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience - OR - Master's degree and 6+ year of related experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience with Subcontracts, Procurement, Contracts or other related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Government Secret security clearance (U.Basic Qualifications for Level 5 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field and 12+ years of relevant experience - OR - Master's degree and 10+ year of related experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience with Subcontracts, Procurement, Contracts or other related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Government Secret security clearance (U.Preferred Qualifications Experience working competitive and/or non-competitive US-government procurements/subcontracts
Experience with SAP, Costpoint or related business application software
Experience managing international subcontracts
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
