Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans based on established best practices, working closely with clients to identify their unique needs and objectives.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while constantly adapting your approach to best serve each patient.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to safeguard patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and effective treatment for all patients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical practice and promote professional development.

• Educate and support patients and their families, empowering them with resources and knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, and community support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
