Delivery Associate Location: Sanford, FL Job Id: 910 # of Openings: 1 Delivery Driver Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver to join our team. This position involves more than just driving – you will be responsible for unloading and delivering products directly to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. Main Job Duties and Responsibilities Deliver products to our customer locations in a timely, professional manner. Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials during loading and unloading. Load and unload delivery trucks. Interact professionally with customers, obtaining signatures and confirming delivery details. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicles. Verify delivery instructions and routes to ensure efficient service. Perform regular safety inspections of equipment in keeping with company’s SOP and OSHA standards. Maintain a high standard of integrity and reliability. Flexible work schedule and availability. Assist with warehouse loading and staging as needed. As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. CDL B preferred. 2 or more years driving experience preferred. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug and background test. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to work independently, be responsible for route, and work unsupervised 90% of the time. Must have a clear understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines and commitments. Must be able to perform basic math operations to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
