Dealer Relationship Manager

Managing dealer relationships remotely, the full-time Field Dealer Relationship Manager will demonstrate GM Financial's value proposition, support product marketing, and analyze dealer-specific data to achieve performance objectives. Key responsibilities Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to meet quality, pricing, and volume goals Act as a liaison between dealers and internal teams to resolve funding issues and support business plans Analyze dealer data and address issues that present excessive risk to GM Financial Required qualifications 0-2 years of successful sales experience or prior credit underwriting High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred Knowledge of dealership operations and indirect auto finance industry Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
