We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Estimator to join our reputable autobody shop. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating damaged vehicles and providing accurate cost estimates for repairs. Your expertise will assist in ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing shop processes, and enhancing overall efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Examine damaged vehicles and assess the extent of damage to determine repair needs.
- Utilize latest estimating software and tools to produce detailed and accurate repair cost estimates.
- Work closely with insurance adjusters to ensure that all estimates comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, timeframes, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers to ensure the availability of needed materials and to streamline repair processes.
- Monitor repair work to ensure adherence to estimates and quality standards.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with insurance companies and customers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and methods in autobody repair to continually refine estimating techniques.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Estimator in an autobody repair environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and estimating software.
- Excellent analytical and arithmetic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong negotiation skills to work effectively with insurance adjusters.
