The role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/05/2026 and conclude on 01/04/2027, with shifts primarily during daytime hours. Job Details: Schedule: Shift hours are 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification. Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience is a plus. Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans focused on progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay, and documenting all clinical activities clearly and accurately.
