Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market reach in Virginia.

Mentor and guide a talented team of producers to help them reach their professional potential.

Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with our carrier partners.

Review complex insurance applications and ensure accurate risk assessment.

Act as a bridge between our agency and the local community to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Five or more years of experience in agency management or high-level insurance sales.

In-depth understanding of underwriting guidelines and carrier relationships.

Clear, empathetic communication skills for mentoring and client relations.

Proven track record of building and maintaining a profitable book of business.

Deep familiarity with the Newport News, Virginia insurance landscape.
