Marketing Manager – Brand Strategy & CRM
About the Role
Are you a rare hybrid marketer who loves high-level brand storytelling but isn't afraid to dive deep into SQL data pipelines? A leading premium eyewear retailer is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market planning and omni-channel initiatives across North America.
What We're Looking For (Required Skills):
- Technical Data Skills: Solid SQL and data analysis capabilities. You must be able to independently develop and validate targeting logic.
- Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM and data tools like Unica, Responsys, and Google BigQuery . (Figma knowledge is a major plus!)
- Campaign QA: Strong attention to detail with proven experience in CRM campaign execution, proofing, and Quality Assurance.
- Mindset: A strategic, results-driven critical thinker who thrives in ambiguity, troubleshoots independently, and takes proactive ownership.
What You'll Do (Major Duties):
- Brand Leadership: Articulate a clear, inspired vision for regional brand initiatives; ensure consistent campaigns across all consumer touchpoints.
- Campaign & CRM Execution: Partner cross-functionally to build, proof, and QA targeted CRM marketing campaigns.
- Test & Learn: Develop innovative, insights-driven test-and-learn initiatives based on consumer trends.
- Marketing Analysis: Independently analyze campaign effectiveness and validate complex targeting logic to optimize future initiatives.
- Team Development: Directly manage, motivate, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
