JOBS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to read, write, speak, comprehend English and have strong basic math skills Must apply effective Food Hygiene practices Must apply safety and sanitations standards Work around moving parts & wet floors Ability to work in different temperatures (including a 38-degree cooler) throughout the shift Ability to walk, stoop, bend, reach , and stand for 8 hours a day as required Ability to use knives, cutting board, mobile shelving, carts, meat slicer, and related industrial kitchen equipment Ability to use fingers and hands to handle equipment Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment Ability to push/pull up to 70 lbs. with use of rolling carts Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as required Excellent attendance/Punctuality record, and performance Must have interpersonal, organizational skills and be adaptable to frequent changes All Candidates complete a pre-employment 7-year Federal background check DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Verify coolers and freezer temps Obtain Chef Table samples according to schedules Conduct portion control weight compliance to specifications Daily random checks of Coolers for dating and labeling of product (FIFO) Monitor racks for proper storage of allergens and glass #J-18808-Ljbffr Lsg Group
