Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties across 5–7 operating rooms, 5 days per week
• Support a wide range of service lines including orthopedic trauma, ophthalmology, podiatry, general surgery, robotic surgery, thoracic, vascular, pain, urology, and cardiology
• Participate in an on-call rotation shared equally among staff by job grade, typically one day per week and one weekend day per month
• Respond to call within 30 minutes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact eligibility
• Experience in operating room circulating nursing
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation including weekends
• Ability to respond to call within a 30-minute timeframe

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level 3 trauma center environment
• Familiarity with multiple surgical service lines, including robotic and thoracic procedures
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-room OR settings
