Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, making a difference in the lives of those with visual impairments and multiple disabilities. This full-time contract position runs August through June, with daily shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., and offers the opportunity to impact 21 students of mixed ages who benefit from compassionate, skilled SLP services.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility in Pennsylvania, with CCC or CFY status
• Experience or training in pediatric, school-based, and healthcare SLP settings
• Comfort with providing direct therapy to students who are blind or visually impaired, and/or have multiple disabilities
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
• Strong collaborative skills for working with other school professionals and families

What You'll Do:

• Plan and deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy for a caseload of 22 students
• Address a broad spectrum of communication needs, adapting techniques for students with visual impairments and multiple disabilities
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress, IEP goals, and ongoing assessments
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and team consultations to support holistic student success
• Communicate clearly with educators and families, providing resources and strategies for continued support
• Implement therapy sessions both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
