Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience supporting K-5 students, ideally within a school environment
• Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments in accordance with best practices
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring SLP services
• Deliver direct speech therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administrators
• Contribute to IEP meetings, provide consultation, and offer resources when needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
