Our Company prides itself on employing a strong team of individuals desiring rewarding careers!Position OverviewAs Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained, efficiently managed, and aligned with our values. This role requires leadership across all aspects of property management, from leasing and resident relations to staff oversight, maintenance, and financial management. Your focus on people, process, and purpose will drive both resident satisfaction and property performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations: Lead day-to-day property operations, ensuring high standards in maintenance, leasing, and resident experience where People Come First.Team Management: Supervise and develop property staff to maximize efficiency and performance where they will Cultivate and Elevate their team!Leasing Management: Conduct property tours, process applications, and manage leases to maintain high occupancy and strong community engagementAct with Purpose regarding financial oversight by: Managing budgets, track expenses, ensure timely rent collection, and prepare financial reports.Resident Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive community atmosphereMaintenance Coordination: Oversee maintenance requests and repair activities to keep the property in excellent condition (Rooted in Sustainability)Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations and stay current on housing laws and industry best practicesOther Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the property's successQualifications/RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field required. In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of property management experience required.
