Brand Ambassador

Summary The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales objectives in a retail environment. This role contributes to a welcoming team experience while maintaining store standards and sharing knowledge of fashion and styling. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales and performance objectives. Support customers with styling, sizing, fitting rooms, and available programs and offerings. Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share product feedback with management. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Operate a register and remain active on the sales floor for extended periods; lift or climb as needed.
