Quality Assessment Manager
Southern HealthCare Management
As the Quality Assessment Manager with Southern Healthcare Management you will provide expert oversight and guidance and timely assessments in alignment with federal and state regulations. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, serves as a resource, educates center staff, audits assessment processes, and drives the best practices to ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a RN (Registered Nurse) Minimum of 3 years in Long Term Care Experience with a multi-facility organization Expert knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI guidelines, ICD 10 coding, and federal reimbursement systems Strong auditing, analytical, and communication skills Strong leadership and organization skills Effective oral and written communication skills Our Service Standards: Hearing Needs…and responding quickly Caring Approach…in everything we do #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern HealthCare Management
