Parking Supervisor

Compensation: $16.00/hour Schedule: Full time Job Type: Customer service plus operations Highlights High school diploma or GED Parking industry experience The Spirit of the Position The Parking Supervisor oversees the facilities and operations team and reports to the General Manager. Principal Job Duties Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures. Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities. Assists in establishing performance standards and implementing changes to procedures when necessary. Promotes good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can‑do attitude, and willingness to help at all times. Assists customers over intercom system, in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office. Manages daily revenue and parking lot capacity reports, equipment issues, and other reports requested by management. Assists with facility monthly safety audits. Assists with periodic training as needed. Assists with assignment of duties to CSRs, maintenance/grounds, LPI clerks. Coordinates and communicates with Airport Operations staff and other airport agencies as directed. Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed. Greets customers by name, responds promptly to correspondence, and displays a caring attitude, building rapport with the customer base. Other related duties as assigned. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Parking industry experience is required. Skills Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language. Open to feedback, differing opinions, and other points of view. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Seeks improvement consistently. Excellent team‑building and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
