Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to grow our dealer network in the Central Florida region . You’ll represent our blinds and shades calling on window covering retailers, showrooms, and designers. This is a field sales position ideal for a self-starter with industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a book of dealer accounts in your territory
- Visit retail dealers to present product lines and promotions
- Build strong relationships and provide support to existing customers
- Report on sales activity, customer needs, and market trends
- Attend local industry events and trade shows
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the window coverings or home décor markets
- Knowledge of blinds, shades, and motorized solutions is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40,000–$70,000/year (depending on experience)
- Commission: Tiered up to 5% of sales, with performance bonuses
- Monthly car allowance ($500) + travel expense reimbursement
- Paid time off after 6 months
- Paid training and marketing support
