Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to grow our dealer network in the Central Florida region . You’ll represent our blinds and shades calling on window covering retailers, showrooms, and designers. This is a field sales position ideal for a self-starter with industry experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and grow a book of dealer accounts in your territory
Visit retail dealers to present product lines and promotions
Build strong relationships and provide support to existing customers
Report on sales activity, customer needs, and market trends
Attend local industry events and trade shows

Qualifications:

2+ years of B2B sales experience in the window coverings or home décor markets
Knowledge of blinds, shades, and motorized solutions is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally

Compensation:

Base Salary: $40,000–$70,000/year (depending on experience)
Commission: Tiered up to 5% of sales, with performance bonuses
Monthly car allowance ($500) + travel expense reimbursement
Paid time off after 6 months
Paid training and marketing support
