As a Dentistry Treatment Coordinator, you'll welcome patients warmly, guiding them through their treatment journeys with care and professionalism. You'll educate patients about treatment options, particularly dental implants, ensuring they feel informed and confident. You'll schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and collaborate with our clinical team to align treatment plans and timelines. Additionally, you'll handle insurance billing, submit claims, and oversee credentialing processes. Most importantly, you'll create meaningful connections with patients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of dental office experience; management experience would be a plus
• In-depth knowledge of dental implants and related procedures
• Proficiency in insurance billing, including claims, pre-authorizations, and verifications
• Familiarity with credentialing processes for dental providers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Spanish-speaking ability would be a plus to serve our diverse patient community.
