Marketing Compliance Analyst

ATR International is hiring a Marketing Regulatory and Compliance Analyst for a major client!

Our Client is seeking a talented associate who will be instrumental in ensuring that marketing materials for the Payments business are of the highest quality and in compliance. The ideal candidate has an editor’s eye and persona, manages work efficiently, communicates professionally, and is a positive and collaborative team player.

This position has exposure to a wide range of teams and executives working in an ever-evolving landscape of interesting marketing governance requirements. The candidate must work effectively in a matrixed environment, as this role requires close collaboration with marketing teams, legal, compliance, cross line of business counterparts, and other business functions.

Responsibilities: Review all marketing assets, initiatives, and claims that Payments marketers produce to determine what legal and compliance review is needed based on a set of standards, policies, and guidelines.

• Learn and adhere to marketing business practices including corporate controls, regulatory obligations, and anti-trust reviews of marketing materials and claims
• Proactively work with Legal and Compliance teams regionally and globally to address and resolve concerns
• Maintain a central repository for marketing disclaimers and approved claims
• Assist team priorities through ad hoc projects as they occur, proactively helping the team when workload increases and flexing across workstreams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Qualifications : 3-6 years of experience in editorial, marketing, legal, compliance, regulatory, quality control

• Comfortable in reading, synthesizing, and applying legal and compliance guidelines as well as corporate control policies to Marketing creatives and claims
• Working knowledge of audit, risk and operational management concepts as well as the ability to understand and interpret the impact of decisions, and identify/ convey potential problem areas
• Demonstrates consistent track record of delivering with urgency
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and organized

Location: Plano, TX

Hourly Rate: $29.00 - $35.00

Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
