Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement
• Experience in school-based settings, preferably as a school SLP
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented, student-focused environment
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse student backgrounds and learning challenges

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and ancillary staff to optimize student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of assessments, treatment, and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Offer guidance and support to educators regarding communication strategies and classroom modifications
