Multifamily supervisor Maintenance

Position: Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor - Bilingual English/ Spanish Position eligible for a $500 sign in bonus (payable after 90 days of employment) Location: Margate Join Pinebrook Pointe community as a Maintenance Supervisor and lead the team that keeps our communities running at their best! Reporting to the Property Manager, you’ll guide and support the maintenance crew, ensure top-quality repairs, manage budgets and vendors, and respond quickly to resident needs.
