W2 Opportunity | Business Analyst (End-User Applications) | Hybrid | Financial Services Employment Type: W2 Contract Only Work Schedule: New York 10019 Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) Duration: Long-term Contract No C2C | No Third-Party Vendors We're actively seeking a Business Analyst to join a leading global financial services organization supporting Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets Technology. This search has been reopened, and the hiring manager is looking for candidates with strong business analysis experience supporting end‑user applications, outstanding communication skills, and hands‑on experience using AI productivity tools. What You'll Do Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define project goals. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product, UX, and Technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Prepare functional specifications and assist with test planning and validation. Prioritize and manage Agile backlogs while supporting project delivery. Work closely with stakeholders on business-facing applications and digital solutions. Leverage AI tools to improve documentation, requirements gathering, and productivity. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or User Experience professional. Experience supporting end‑user applications or deal/client management systems. Strong Agile experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, epic backlogs, and backlog prioritization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in fast‑paced Agile delivery environments. Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, JIRAGEN, or similar. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Financial Services or Investment Banking. Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience supporting business‑facing/end‑user applications is required. Candidates with backgrounds in Trading, Secondary Markets, Risk, AML/KYC, Compliance, or Data Migration-only are not a good fit. Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate business value are essential. Experience using AI tools for business analysis and documentation is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
