Senior Employment Litigation Associate

National Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Litigation Associate to join a sophisticated and growing employment law practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with employers on complex workplace issues, provide strategic legal counsel, and handle high-profile litigation matters from inception through resolution. What You'll Do: As a key member of the team, you will advise and represent employers across a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including: Counseling clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Advising on wage and hour issues, paid sick leave requirements, discrimination and retaliation claims, and emerging workplace issues involving artificial intelligence Representing employers in federal and state courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings Managing all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, witness preparation, and motion practice Drafting and arguing substantive and dispositive motions Conducting workplace investigations and fact-finding efforts Preparing responses to administrative charges and agency inquiries Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment agreements, severance agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and other employment-related contracts What You'll Bring: J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to practice in New York 7-12 years of employment law experience Significant experience advising employers and handling employment-related litigation Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and advocacy skills Experience managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law compliance requirements A practical, business-focused approach to client service and problem-solving Why This Opportunity?
