Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but talented CFYs encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in a school environment is valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to fostering a holistic, inclusive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students ages PreK–12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual or group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team collaborations
• Engage in professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices
