Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (Registered) in Burlington, Vermont. This inpatient respiratory therapy position involves working with adult and general pediatric patients in an adult intensive care unit. Candidates are required to bring their licensure and certifications on their first day. The role emphasizes schedule flexibility, with work performed Sunday through Saturday, primarily during night shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlington, Vermont
• Schedule: Nights, 36 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
• Required Qualifications:
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Must be Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), will not accept Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Prior travel experience preferred
  • Teaching hospital experience required
  • Epic electronic medical record experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
  • Valid licensure in respiratory therapy to work at the facility
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience documented across all relevant specialties
• Additional Information:
  • IVS to OFFER
  • No block schedules for any reason
  • Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
  • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
  • All work history information (bed count, electronic medical record system, facility type, etc.) must be complete to submit
