Leasing Specialist

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annual; Bonus Eligible Job Responsibilities: What you will do This position will be in-office and not remote. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and industry outreach. Recruit owner-operators and fleet owners interested in leasing trucks. Promote available truck leasing opportunities within the company and through external leasing programs. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers. Conduct follow-up calls and communications to move leads through the leasing process. Maintain accurate records of leads, leasing activity, and pipeline status in company databases and CRM systems. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and leasing experience. Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals. Prepare and present leasing options that align with customers' operational and financial needs. Qualifications: What you need to bring Previous experience with basic lease and amortization transactions preferred. Transportation industry experience preferred. Bi-lingual preferred. Bachelor's in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred. Must possess excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills. Must possess outstanding organizational and time management skills. Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments Must be able to adapt to change.
