HSE Specialist

Metric are currently partnered with a market leading manufacturer supporting the Food, Beverage, Chemical and Pharma industries who is looking for a HSE Specialist for one of their flagship sites. We are looking for a HSE Specialist to come in to take the lead in a number of critical areas of the Organisation's HSE footprint at this site, provide best practice and continue to have HSE as a first thought across all levels of the Business. You will be the lead HSE operator for the site and have considerable upward mobility within the Corporation. To be considered for this role: 3+ years of HSE experience within a complex manufacturing environment. OSHA experience. Experience driving standards and creating new policies to keep HSE front of mind. This position is on site in the Greater Indianapolis area and so we need an individual comfortable with that working schedule.
