We are seeking an entry level technician to join our Chemistry Department. The successful candidate will support data processing, and review data. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter a career in Chemistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Empower software system
• Maintain workflow
• Complete Assay and Impurities Calculations
• Support lab technicians and senior lab personnel with routine lab tasks, data entry, equipment calibration, and record-keeping.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Flexibly respond to the evolving needs of the lab, including participating in special projects, audits, or training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field required.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow written procedures.
• Advanced understanding of lab safety protocols and chemical handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily performed in a laboratory setting with exposure to chemicals and lab equipment.
• Requires standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive motion.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
