Qualified individuals will possess the following: Responsibilities Train, coach, lead and motivate their team Ensure the restaurant is properly marketing the latest national promotions Provide excellent and frequent communication between upper management and the restaurant management and crew. Ensure that Restaurant Management is adhering to all company policies and procedures Work with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of the restaurant Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent.
