We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Data Entry Clerk to support high-volume information processing for a Contract position based in Centennial, Colorado. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, entering numeric and text-based data efficiently, and keeping documentation organized across business systems. The ideal candidate brings strong typing skills, a sharp eye for accuracy, and confidence working with tools such as Microsoft Excel and Sage 100.

Responsibilities:
• Enter large volumes of numeric and text data into internal databases and business applications with a high level of precision.
• Review source documents for completeness and correct discrepancies before updating records.
• Maintain organized electronic files and ensure information is easy to retrieve for reporting and operational needs.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track, verify, and reconcile entered data against supporting documentation.
• Process updates in Sage 100 and related systems while following established data handling procedures.
• Monitor data quality by identifying inconsistencies, duplicate entries, and missing information for correction.
• Collaborate with internal team members to clarify information and support timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Meet daily productivity goals while preserving confidentiality and accuracy in all entered records.• Demonstrated experience in data entry within a fast-paced office or operational environment.
• Strong numeric entry skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient typing ability and comfort handling repetitive computer-based tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for sorting, tracking, and validating information.
• Experience using Sage 100 or similar business software is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders.
