Position Overview:
Our State Farm agency is seeking a dependable, creative, and detail-oriented Account Associate / Office Assistant to help support our community outreach, social media presence, and day-to-day office needs.

In this role, you’ll help build our local brand by managing our social media content, representing the agency at community events, and assisting with office errands and occasional event prep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
• Help coordinate and attend community events and sponsorships
• Run local errands to support the team and agency operations
• Represent the agency in a positive and professional manner

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, enjoys working in a team environment, and is comfortable jumping in where needed to support a variety of tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation for running local errands
• Ability to represent the agency professionally in the community

This is a local, in-person role within a State Farm agent’s office (not corporate). Some flexibility is required for occasional events outside of normal business hours.
