Associate Customer Success Manager

You'll work directly alongside - and be mentored by-a Customer Success Manager, gaining hands‑on exposure to AI, UCaaS, CCaaS, and enterprise hospitality tech. It's built for early-career professionals who want a clear path toward a full CSM role. Partner with the Customer Success Manager to coordinate customer communications, onboarding, and account administration Serve as the day‑to‑day coordinator for customer requests, escalating strategy and commercial discussions to the CSM Track open support cases and keep customers updated on status and resolution Schedule customer meetings and manage action‑item follow‑up Maintain accurate customer records and activities in HubSpot and internal systems Prepare reports, usage summaries, and business review materials Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering, Operations, and Product teams Monitor customer engagement and elevate concerns or risks when needed What You'll Bring 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, hospitality, telecom, SaaS, or a related field Strong organizational and project‑coordination skills with sharp attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Microsoft Office - preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field -preferred What's In It for You Competitive salary + performance‑based incentives Hands‑on exposure to cutting‑edge AI and hospitality technology A clear path for professional growth and career advancement Ongoing training and a collaborative, supportive team Location: Onsite at our Glendale, CA office - where you'll collaborate closely with a supportive, in‑person team.
