Job Summary:
The location is in Rockford, Illinois. This is a Home Healthcare (HH) Registered Nurse (RN) position within the organization. The role involves providing home health nursing services, with candidates required to bring their Illinois license on the first day. The position requires performing clinical duties in a patients residence, focusing on comprehensive care and ensuring treatment adherence.
Job Details:
- Required Qualifications: IL license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least one-year experience as a professional nurse within the past three years in an acute care setting. Experience in home health, IV therapy, emergency room (ER), or oncology preferred. Cardiac or wound certification preferred.
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Every third weekend work, rotating holidays. Mileage between visits paid. No local candidates within a 50 mile radius.
- Location: 1401 E State Street, Rockford, Illinois, 61104.
