Remote Help Desk Analyst for Federal Trade Systems
ATTAINX INC
AttainX Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to support USDA APHIS trade certification systems. You will diagnose user issues, guide eAuthentication and account access, document resolutions, and escalate defects to development and O&M teams to keep LAWGS, PCIT, and VEHCS available for a nationwide user community.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a help desk role, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ITIL and ticketing tools. This remote role supports a U.S.
