Job Description

Our client, a well-established women's health practice known for its patient-centered approach and collaborative environment, is hiring a Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN) Physician . This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a supportive clinical setting. The chosen candidate will deliver evidence-based, patient-focused services, spanning preventive care, prenatal management, labor and delivery, gynecological procedures, and the diagnosis and treatment of a broad spectrum of women's health conditions. Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services in both office and hospital settings.
\n
• Conduct preventive care visits, wellness exams, prenatal checkups, and labor and delivery services.
\n
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic gynecologic conditions utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Obtain detailed medical histories, perform physical assessments, and interpret diagnostic tests.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans and ensure continuity of care throughout the patient’s healthcare journey.
\n
• Educate patients on reproductive health, pregnancy, contraception, menopause, and health maintenance.
\n
• Prescribe medications and other therapies as clinically indicated.
\n
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
\n
• Participate in shared night and weekend call schedules.
\n
• Supervise and collaborate with clinical staff, including nurses and medical assistants.
\n
• Mentor medical students and advanced practice providers, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
\n
• Support practice growth by developing lasting patient relationships and delivering exceptional care.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
\n
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
\n
• Eligibility for an unrestricted New York State medical license.
\n
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n
• Preferred experience in a group practice setting, with advanced training or experience in minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynecologic surgeries.
