We're looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator who thrives on accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement. This role isn't just about processing invoices. It's about partnering with teams across the winery, solving problems, improving processes, and helping keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Process invoices, payments, ACHs, wire transfers, and check runs.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099 compliance.
• Support audits, month-end close, reporting, and regulatory filings.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes.

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of full-cycle AP/AR experience.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Collaborative communication and a process-improvement mindset.
