Job Description

• Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare administrators, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
• Manage construction activities within occupied healthcare environments while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, infection control, life safety, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Track project costs and maintain profitability through effective financial management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of Healthcare Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Healthcare construction experience required.
• Experience managing medical office buildings, hospitals, ambulatory care centers, surgical suites, imaging facilities, or healthcare renovations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare construction procedures, regulations, and operational constraints.
• Experience managing projects valued between $5M and $50M+.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and build strong client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
