This is a full-time, hybrid / remote position.This role is a key partner in delivering employee-focused HR programs, supporting benefits administration, managing employee leaves and workers' compensation, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.What You'll DoServe as a trusted HR resource to employees and leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, programs, and employee matters.Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, including FMLA, disability, state leave programs, and workplace accommodations.Oversee the administration of the company's workers' compensation program, partnering with employees, managers, medical providers, and insurance carriers throughout the claims process.Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, life event changes, employee education, and coordination with benefit providers.Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations processes.Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.Maintain accurate HR records and provide reporting and workforce insights.Support wellness, engagement, and safety initiatives that enhance the employee experience.Assist with HR projects and organizational initiatives that support company growth and operational excellence.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.Experience with employee benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to travel occasionally to company locations as needed.Why Care Advantage?At Care Advantage, you'll be part of a growing organization that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
