What You'll Do Prepare materials by grinding, sanding, and deburring Assist welders and fabricators with daily production tasks Operate hand and power tools safely Perform material handling, shop support, and basic assembly work Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For 2+ years of manufacturing or welder helper experience Ability to read a tape measure accurately Experience with grinding, fabrication, and material preparation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Why Join Us? Apply today! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
