Work Environment

Working onsite in our bustling outpatient office, you will join a committed team comprising two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). The clinic operates between Monday and Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, creating a structured yet supportive work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand the specific goals and needs of each patient, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and quality care.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and innovative techniques to enhance movement and mobility.
• Develop individualized care plans using diverse treatment methods, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Motivate patients during their recovery journey, promoting adherence to therapy protocols for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, maintaining open lines of communication for comprehensive patient management.
• Document all patient care services accurately to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly and adjust plans based on patient progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
