- Oversee all daily operations of a restaurant and lounge
- Provide high-level leadership - the ability to lead, inspire & motivate the team
- Manage all financials, HR, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, forecasting,
- Guest centric
General Manager Qualifications:
- Must be hands-on & have proven, successful experience in high-end guest service
- Polished, well-spoken, professional, & have excellent communication skills
- Technology proficiency
- Must pass full background & drug test
