Your job is to manage warranty requests, leading the quality improvement process for your assigned communities. You will be the on-site leader, responsible for conducting quality walk and warranty inspections, ensuring the completion of all warrantable related work including emergency requests, managing vendor payments and other tasks as required. Most of your day will consist of ensuring trade partners fulfil the timely completion of all scheduled tasks in a manner that is aligned with our quality standards. The ideal ASM candidate is highly organized, possesses a positive attitude, is detail-oriented and can remain cool under pressure. Being able to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with homebuyers, trade partners and internal groups is imperative to the success of this role.
