Hotel HousekeeperProvide exceptional housekeeping services by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.Responsibilities:Clean and service all assigned guest rooms to company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.Stock and organize linen carts with the supplies required for designated work areas.Maintain supply closets in a clean, organized, and well-stocked condition.Conduct room status checks at designated times and accurately documents rooms as vacant, occupied, or available for service.Ensure the safety, security, and privacy of guests and team members at all times.Assist Housepersons with the removal and transportation of soiled linens, trash, and other housekeeping materials as needed.Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, lost-and-found items, and guest issues promptly to the appropriate department.Follow all company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.Qualifications:Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.Display strong work ethic and team work.Posted Salary Range USD $0.00 - USD $0.00 /Hr.
